At Hello Sweet Baby, we specialize in providing beautiful elective 2D/3D/4D ultrasound experiences for expecting families in a warm, family-centered environment. Our mission is to create unforgettable bonding moments for the families.
We are looking for the right team members join Hello Sweet Baby Shreveport for part and full time employment. Ultrasound Scanning is not required as we provide training for the right candidates
OVERVIEW: This is a full and part-time position with flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends. Our hours of operation vary based on appointments.
Responsibilities
• Perform elective 2D/3D/4D ultrasound scans
• Create a welcoming and comfortable experience for clients
• Maintain social media engagement, handle scheduling and POS systems. Handle incoming calls and texts
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and the studio is clean and sanitized at all times
• Uphold studio policies and safety standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Available 20-40 hours a week – flexible hours but the normal is noon to 8pm
- At least 3 years experience in a customer service based environment- You will be dealing direct with clients in person, on phone and via internet and MUST be a people person.
- Outgoing personality, great communication and people skills, compassionate and able to work unsupervised
- Fast learner and able to handle a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and able to maintain a clean workspace
- Intermediate computer skills including scheduling, Email, Point of Sale Tap technology, Photo and video Editing, creating promotional materials on Canva, monitoring social media accounts and responding to google reviews.
- You must be reliable, punctual and responsible

Note: Screening for this applicant will include some non paid sessions in our office working with our Manager on live clients to see if you are the right fit
