Booking Policies
Elective ultrasounds provided by Hello Sweet Baby have no medical purpose, and no medical reports are provided. Our only intent is to allow you and your family to share an unforgettable experience with your baby.

Complete intake questions & waiver online before your appointment or we will not be able to scan you.

Our room accommodates 6 guests (children included) This is our max capacity and no exceptions will be made. If you arrive with more people they will have to wait outside while we do the session.

We are by appointment only – our staff will reach out to directly by text the morning of your appointment to confirm. If we don’t hear back we will assume you are not coming. You can reach back out and change the time if need be. Same day appointments can usually be accommodated with 2 hour notice.

Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. If you are late those minutes will be taken from your allotted scan time. If you are waiting on people to arrive to attend your session we will begin at the scheduled time and they can join when they arrive.

We do offer a FREE rescan within 7 days if your baby is being shy or not in position to get a good image. You MUST be super hydrated for there to be enough fluid to capture the image. We do not offer free rescans if you are dehydrated – you will have to pay for the session and reschedule another.

We can not complete your scan if you have small children (under 5) with no one to assist you to look after them. Please make arrangements to bring someone or find other arrangements for them during your scan. Its a safety risk for your child to be unattended at our location.

Please dress accordingly we need to access your belly, its not suggested to wear one piece outfits or no underwear, wearing loose fitting pants or bottoms and loose fitting top will work the best for your scan

If you are needing to get dropped off and picked up – we ask that you don’t book evening appointments. If your ride is late and its past our closing time you will have to wait outside. We don’t want that!
